Small outside, complete inside.
Small
A 140 × 155 mm footprint holds 48 vials. It fits next to a pump on any bench or inside an OEM cabinet.
140 × 155 × 168 mm

Smart valve
An absolute angle sensor checks every valve switch.

Simple and robust
One main electronics board and few moving parts. The needle line stays at low pressure, so no high-pressure tube flexes during motion.

Safe
- Door sensor
- Needle crash detection
- Pressure monitoring on the sample line
- Leak catch cup

Open control
USB-C with a simple, documented text command protocol. It shows up as a serial port, so any software that can open one can run it.
USB-C / VCP
- Python
- LabVIEW
- MATLAB
- C#
- Node.js
- Any serial terminal
Take it apart on screen.
This is the current engineering model, not an illustration. Turn it, lift the door off and look through the housing at the gantry, needle and vial rack.

One instrument, two jobs.
Swap the syringe cartridge and the pre-labelled tube kit to change configuration. The cartridge needs no tools.

Lead time depends on the production schedule and is stated in each quote. Early units may go to pilot users who help confirm the values marked * in the specifications.
It injects into HPLC flow paths through its 6-port, 2-position valve, designed for up to 5000 psi (345 bar). Synchronising injection with your pump and data system depends on your setup, so name both in your quote request and we will tell you what is possible.
It appears as a serial (virtual COM) port over USB-C and takes plain text commands from a documented command set. Any software that can open a serial port can send them, for example Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB or C#.
Swap the syringe cartridge (no tools needed) and fit the matching pre-labelled tube kit. Order the second configuration kit as an option if you want both.
Not yet. The standard rack holds 48 × 2 mL vials (12 × 32 mm) on an SBS footprint. A 96-well plate rack is planned but not yet validated; tick it in the options and we will let you know if it becomes available.
The syringe seal kit is field-replaceable. At power-up the sampler checks homing, valve position, door and pressure sensors, and firmware updates install over USB.
Yes. Choose OEM or system integrator in the quote form and give your yearly volume, and we will discuss OEM pricing and integration with you.
We start with customers in the EU. Requests from other countries are welcome; the quote states whether and how we can deliver to you. An EU-assembled version is available as an option.
